Medical School MD + DO Mastery

A 4-year, board-aligned study system for medical school and licensing exams.

Walk the full Year 1–4 curriculum — foundational sciences, organ-system blocks, clinical clerkships and advanced practice — each with mastery checklists and linked learning resources, plus a dedicated review system for school exams, Shelf/COMAT, USMLE Step 1–3 and COMLEX-USA Levels 1–3.

BLOCK EXAM + PRACTICAL / OSCE MASTERY

YEAR 1 | PAGE 20B - 7-DAY FINISHING CYCLE + PERFORMANCE

TRAIN THE FORMAT YOU WILL BE TESTED IN

Written mechanisms, image identification, calculations/graphs, cadaver or histology practicals, OSCEs and OMM labs are different performances. Build the knowledge once, then rehearse it in the same representation and time pressure the school will use.

C. WHAT YEAR 1 SCHOOL ASSESSMENTS COMMONLY REQUIRE — Written / vignette

Apply foundational science to an unfamiliar patient, graph, pathway or experiment rather than repeat a memorized definition.

C. WHAT YEAR 1 SCHOOL ASSESSMENTS COMMONLY REQUIRE — Image / practical

Identify structures, histology, imaging or pathology from unfamiliar angles and explain the relationship/function/lesion.

Calculation / graph

Select the right relationship, keep units straight and predict direction-of-change before calculating.

OSCE / skills

History, focused exam, communication, organization, documentation, safety and synthesis under observation.

OMM practical - DO

Structural diagnosis -> technique selection -> setup -> safety/consent -> reassessment under faculty supervision.

Cumulative items

Retrieve prior blocks while solving the current one; this exposes knowledge that was recognized but not retained.

D. 7-DAY BLOCK-EXAM FINISHING CYCLE — Days 7-6

Map every school objective to a closed-book prompt. Identify missing topics before doing a large question volume.

D. 7-DAY BLOCK-EXAM FINISHING CYCLE — Days 5-4

Mechanism reconstruction + targeted questions. Convert misses into one-line error-log entries and repair the underlying concept.

Day 3

Mixed questions, images, graphs and practical stations. Stop studying topics only in the order they were taught.

Day 2

Timed mock block / practical / OSCE. Diagnose whether misses are knowledge, retrieval, reasoning, image/graph, timing or performance errors.

Day 1 + exam

Targeted repair only, short re-tests, logistics and protected sleep. On exam day, use the practiced routine, commit to a best answer and move on.

BLOCK-EXAM GATE

  • Ready means stable performance on NEW questions, images and stations - not familiarity with the exact notes or practice set.
  • A strong subsection must not hide a weak one: review the performance profile by mechanism, modality and error type. VIDEO-FIRST | SCHOOL-EXAM + BOARD-EXAM MASTERY
