Medical School MD + DO Mastery

A 4-year, board-aligned study system for medical school and licensing exams.

Walk the full Year 1–4 curriculum — foundational sciences, organ-system blocks, clinical clerkships and advanced practice — each with mastery checklists and linked learning resources, plus a dedicated review system for school exams, Shelf/COMAT, USMLE Step 1–3 and COMLEX-USA Levels 1–3.

A. RESOURCE ARCHITECTURE - PURPOSE, ROLE + STOP RULE

PurposePrimary optionHow to useStop / misuse rule
Biomedical mechanismsBoards & Beyond or Bootcamp + PathomaUse the same structured core already supporting Step 1-style preparation; build mechanisms once.Do not duplicate the full biomedical curriculum just because the exam is COMLEX.
COMLEX-style transferTrueLearn COMLEX or school-approved COMLEX QbankRun longitudinally; tag OPP/OMM, communication/professionalism and systems misses separately.Question count alone is not remediation; review by error type and retest.
OPP / OMM conceptsSchool OMM curriculum + curated OMM review videosUse videos for retrieval/clarification; connect every fact to structural diagnosis, biomechanics, safety and presentation.Do not substitute video recall for school-taught hands-on technique.
Hands-on competenceSchool OMM lab + faculty/instructor feedbackPractice regional diagnosis, setup, consent/safety and reassessment with supervised correction.Do not self-certify psychomotor competence from written questions or unsupervised video practice.
Official readinessCOMSAE Phase 1 + NBOME resources + school policyUse domain profiles and repeated data points to identify COMLEX-specific gaps.Do not make a go/no-go decision from one isolated score or ignore school requirements.

A. RESOURCE ARCHITECTURE - PURPOSE, ROLE + STOP RULE — 1. Duplicating two full biomedical curricula wastes transfer time DEEP EXPLANATION The biomedical foundation is largely shared. Relearning the same physiology, pathology and pharmacology from a second full course consumes time that should go to mixed COMLEX-style application,

OPP/OMM and measured weaknesses.

A. RESOURCE ARCHITECTURE - PURPOSE, ROLE + STOP RULE — WHY STUDENTS MISS IT Students fear that a different exam name requires a second complete content system. EASIEST CLUE If the new resource teaches material you already retrieve accurately in mixed questions, maintain rather than restart it. 2. Every resource needs one primary job and a stop rule DEEP EXPLANATION A resource should solve a defined problem: structured mechanism review, pathology consolidation, visual recall, OMM retrieval, COMLEX transfer or readiness calibration. When the problem is fixed, return to

questions and mixed retrieval.
